PERFORMATIVE DIALOGUE OF ARTISTS FROM 8 EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
As a part of “1918. European Dreams of Modernity – 100 Years On”, the Czech Centre Brussels together with the Czech Arts and Theatre Institute and BOZAR Centre for Fine Arts has cooperated with several Central and Eastern European and Belgian artists to create “Too Soon Too Late”, an attempt to answer those questions about the past, the present and the future of Central Europe
Through short dance pieces, performative actions and video installations, the artists reflect on the changes that have happened within those past hundred years, and the heritage of the avant-garde, three generation later.
The audience will be invited to work freely in the environment and watch the performances on loop for 90 minutes and to set their own order of the things happening within the actions.
